Fundraising Event for Touching Hearts

The Lake Region Medical 4 Mile Run/ 2 Mile Walk takes place on Sunday 15th October at 1:30pm at JFK Arboretum outside New Ross in County Wexford. It is being organised in support of Touching Hearts.

This family fun and community based event will provide plenty of activity for kids and adults of all ages. The day will commence at 1:30pm with the “Lake Region Kiddie Dash” which includes up to 80 metre sprints for kids from the ages of 4 to 12 years old (kids go free). Medals and goodie bags will be presented to all kids who participate on the day.

This will be followed by a 4 mile timed run at 1:30pm comprising 2 laps of the park for runners of all ages and disciplines. This will be shortly followed by a 2 mile walk of the park for walkers, those with children, buggies and anyone who wants to take part. All participants must register prior to the event or on the day from 11:30am – 1.15pm.
